About This Item

Boston: Little Brown & Co, 1933. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Good/Very Good. 8vo., 310pp. Sharp First Edition bound in original blue cloth with titles in blue upon a red background on front panel and spine. Square, tight and clean throughout with a touch of wear to spine ends, bottom edges and tips but quite minor. Page edges ever-so-lightly toning but very bright and very well preserved. The dust-jacket certainly did its job. Very attractive clipped dust-jacket has some chipping to spine ends and tips. Spine mildly sunned. Main defect is brown tap used to unnecessarily used to reinforce the spine and hinges of the back of the jacket but fortunately is invisible from the front. Still quite fresh and colorful and scarce in any condition. A very pretty collectable copy at a great price.
