[Marlboro, VT]: [Tasha Tudor & Family, Inc.], 2000. 1st edition. Paper wrapper. F/NA. Tasha Tudor. [8] leaves between board covers. "Printed by Tittlemouse and Wren" from title page. A small album of sepia drawings on card stock. The subject is birds, each identified with Tudor's own label. The Barn Swallow - a friendly bird. The birds are owl, humming bird, kingfisher, barn swallow, red winged blackbird jay, chickadee, robin, lark, wren, bluebird, oriole, scarlet tanager & goldfinch.
This is a product of Tasha Tudor and Family, in a limited edition. This one is numbered 9/25. Tudor is mentioned only at the bottom of this applied bookplate: This book belongs to.... This little book was made for my four children when they were Little. Some of the birds were coloured by Bethany, aged 8 yrs. So I send out, with greetings to other small girls and boys! Tasha Tudor 2000, A.D. [At the time Bethany was 8, Tudor had only 3 children. Bethany's coloring is reproduced in this edition. - ed.]. Inscribed and signed opposite rear cover. Also signed on the title page.
