About This Item
Two volumes of photographs of Japanese traditional and historic costumes by Ogawa. A complete set. Japanese Costume is like new with the original silk tie. Military Costumes is near fine inside but the silk tie is replaced by a simple white cloth cord. It also has some damage to the edge of the cover. Ogawa was a prolific photographer of Japan at the time. The books were printed in St. Louis Mo. by the Chemigraph process. A type of halftone process. The images are printed on one side of the glossy pages.
