The World Publishing, 1946. Hardcover. Very Good. Hardcover, no dust jacket. Colorful cloth cover has leather wrapped spine with gold stamp on the spine alone. The cover shows the usual signs of minor shelf wear, a little bit of bumping to the tips of the boards, and a minor amount of fraying on the face of the front board. The pages show minor signs of discoloration due to age and are firmly attached to the spine. Hinges in front and back are loose but still firmly attached. Overall, this book is in very good condition.
Synopsis
Jane Eyre is a famous and influential novel by English writer Charlotte Brontë. It was published in London, England in 1847 by Smith, Elder & Co. with the title Jane Eyre. An Autobiography under the pen name "Currer Bell". (Harper & Brothers of New York came out with the American edition in 1848.)
