Blackwell Publishers, 2000. Hardcover. Good. Edited by Michael Hardt and Kathy Weeks. No dust jacket. Black cloth boards with silver lettering on spine. Boards are lightly smudged and have a couple of fingerprints. FFE has penciled numerals which have been slightly erased. Remainder mark in pink highlighter on bottom of text block, which is otherwise clean with light smudge marks. Bottom of spine is bumped. Clean, unmarked pages. 410 pages.
