OCLC locates three copies (Harvard, Johns Hopkins and KSU Medical Center. McCune graduated from medical school (University of Glasgow) in 1837. This loosely organized effort does not appear to have been published in a more permanent form. Quite a bit about Smith is found in the five volumes of Ripley's "Black Abolitionist Papers" (1985-1992).
