London: Collins. Very Good. 1974. Second Printing. Hardcover. 64 p. 32 cm. Sound and square glossy binding with paper-covered, illustrated boards. Tips of corners are just worn through. Spine ends have a bit of crinkling. There is some lifting of the paper and laminate where a sticker was removed but with no paper loss. An impression mark of the letter "W" on front board and some overall light rubbing and scratches. The inside pages are clean, bright and unmarked. A second printing of the British edition of a beloved book of fairy tales illustrated by American author-cartoonist- illustrator Jack Kent. The American edition was first published in 1970. .
