About This Item
London: Sampson Low, Marston & Company, Limited, 1907. Blue boards, pink/black trellis design on front and spine, gold lettering, dark blue on all edges, 334 pages plus one-page ad. Lightly bumped on ends of spine, spine faded, boards smudged, tips of corners rubbed. Nine pinpoint dents on ffep and carried through and diminishing over next 5 pages. Light foxing most noticeable on first 25 and last 35 pages, but sporadic throughout remainder. Cracked at page 17, 32, 49 and 113 but binding firm, 1/4 inch tear on lower edge of page 27, picture at page 325 detached except for top corner. Overall, good plus. . Hard Cover. Good Plus/No DJ. Illus. by Richards, Harriet Roosevelt. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
