About This Item

Harper and Row. Near Fine in Very Good dust jacket. 1987. Third Edition. Hardcover. 0060158425 . A clean and pristine copy. The book was first issued in 1954, revised in 1963, and issued here in a new and updated format. The British measurements might need a little modification, but the recipes are descriptions of various dishes, which the experienced cook can easily follow. The boards are slightly faded. The jacket has been laminated, not my favorite look, but very durable. There is a small area at the back which is a bit dinged, nothing dire. Fast shipping, with tracking number provided. ; 10.40 X 9.60 X 1.10 inches; 239 pages .
