Binding of brown cloth w/ copper titles on spine, brown lettering on red title block on front; very clean with light sunning of edges, lower corners slightly rubbed and two very small spots on bottom edge of text block; top edge tinted red. Red endpapers. Interior is fine. Frontispiece: Portrait of Isak Dinesen. Unclipped dust jacket but there is a white strip affixed over the publisher's price on the jacket corner. Cream margins to a brown & black design on jacket. A critical study of Isak Dinesen's work, with an examination of her art as a reflection of her life. 218 pages. 8.5 x 5.75 inches.
