Frankfurt: Excudebat Nicolaus Hoffmannus, sumptibus haeredum Iacobi Fischeri, 1619 Book. Good. Hardcover. 3 volume set. Vol 1 - 612, [ 20] pages. Vol 2 [ii], [2 blank pages], 968, [36] pages. Vol 3 - [ii], [2 blank pages], 993, [11] pages. Vols 1 and 3 are 1619. vol 2 was published in 1621 - typis Egenolphi Emmelii sumptibus haeredum Iacobi Fischeri. Worming to vol 3, mainly pinhole size to the lower margin. Larger holes to the lower margins from pages 351-370 and 735-754 - this does not affect the text. Pages browned and spotted throughout. Bound in matching full vellum - ink titled to the spine. The vellum is soiled and darkened. Small paper labels to the foot of the spines of vols 1 and 2, mainly removed from vol 3. Each volume is ex library with the bookplate of Spring Hill College Library to the front pastedown together with the ink stamp of Mansfield College Library Oxford and another ink stamp - Sold from the library. No other signs of library ownership..
