Some spots on text block edge, endpapers, pencil notations and underlining throughout. Orange highlighting on p. 9. Stain on upper corner of p. v.

A much-sought-after early work by Terence and Dennis McKenna. Covers a lot of ground, including shamans, schizophrenia, holographic thought, the experiment at La Chorrera, the I Ching, the Timewave hypothesis and the prediction of the eschaton - the end of the world-as-we-know-it that was expected to take place on December 21, 2012.
