Red gilt stamped cloth over boards, xvi, 277 pages, Abbreviations, Index. Lightly bumped at spine ends. In a green price clipped dust jacket that is lightly bumped at spine ends and top corners, in an acetate jacket that was taped to prevent slipping off the book, tape now yellowed (not taped directly to ook or jacket itself).
