About This Item

Very Good. Scarce copy of a series of over 30 interviews of townspeople who grew up in or had connections to Paradise Valley, Arizona, including Sandra Day and John O'Conner, Marshall Trimble, Paolo Soleri, William Rehnquist, Judy and Earl Eisenhower, and many others. The interviews were published in 2001 to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of the incorporation of the town of Paradise Valley. A fascinating oral history of this important, upscale Southwestern community and its relationship to American history; in hardcover blue buckram. Almost impossible to find in any condition. With some edge wear and rubs to covers, a few small chips along top of spine, some bowing to boards (does not affect binding). 460 pp, 28 cm. [w1]
