London:John Lane, The Bodley Head, 1908. First edition. 19.5 cm x 13 cm, publisher's original light green cloth, top edge gilt, other uncut, pp. 174, (2). Abercrombie's first book, with a brief presentation inscription from fin-de-siecle publisher John Lane to fellow publisher Charles Carrington. Carringtom was a publisher of Wilde, his catalogue also included a considerable amount of erotica particularly titles relating to spanking. Scattered foxing especially pronounced at title page, bookseller's ticket on pastedown, else very good. .
