Tight and VG+ in its navy-blue cloth, with bright, completely unrubbed gilt-titling along the front panel and spine. Very light spotting at the front panel's edges, otherwise clean as could be. And in a crisp, price-intact, VG+ to Near Fine dustjacket, with very light chipping along the spine ends and at the tips. 12mo, published under the imprint of "The Institute of Economics, the Brookings Institution"
