New York: Mason/Charter, 1976. First printing. Hardcover. Octavo, 220 pages. In Good condition with a Good minus dust jacket. Spine is black with blue and red print. Dust jacket in mylar, edgewear with small tears at spine ends and flap corners. Price unclipped: "7.95". Boards in red cloth. Light wear to spine caps and corners, lightly cocked spine, smudge to front bottom edge. Inscribed in ink by the author on the front flyleaf.
