Red cloth hardcover with gilt titles on the front cover and spine, 793 pp., illustrated, map in pocket on rear pastedown, clean unmarked text, Very Good copy, bookplate on the front pastedown, light wear to the edges of some pages, soiling and discoloration to the pages and to the page-edges, some discoloration to the covers, mellowing to the title on the spine, wear to the covers including some rubbing to the tips, no dust jacket. Rare signed like this.
