Binding a little shaken.; [vi], (9)-290 pages + 34, [2] pages advertisements + colour frontispiece + black-and-white plates + black-and-white folding map. Green cloth boards with black illustrations featuring elephants on spine and front board. Gilt lettering on spine and front board. Page dimensions: 173 x 120mm. Numerous illustrations, some full page, some in-text. .
