Large format paperback, perfect bound folio volume in deep blue card covers with image of two Japanese women on front cover. 234 pages. Glossary, Bibliography, Index. Illustrated with 171 images of wood-block prints, 5 of which are in color. Each print bears a text description giving all known information on the piece [i.e. title, artist, etc.] and a brief commentary. First edition. An exhibition catalog to the Royal Ontario Museum's presentation "of a small but highly important part of the Sir Edmund Walker Collection of Japanese woodblock prints." [from the foreword]. Stamp of former owner's on half-title and again on page containing the foreword. Else no other markings internally. Minor creasing and curl to fore-edge corners. No spine crease. A clean, tight, fresh and unmarked copy. Very good+. A large book, Priority and International orders will require additional postage, calculated as close to actual coat as possible. .
