Hardcover with dust jacket, contains charts, tables, appendices, bibliography, indexed, 266pp., several blank fep pages show edges clipped. A nice copy, the jacket neatly encased in an acid-free archival plastic protector. Rare. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
