Octavo, hardcover, near fine in VG red pictorial dj showing Harold dealing blackjack. 336 pp. including index. An autobiography about a man who parlayed a penny-ante bingo parlor into the world's largest gambling casino at that time, who lived on the edge. Gives account of the gambling industry and the inside story of Harold's Club in Reno. In the 60's Harold Smith used to come around, match your bet, and give you all the money; he was a character and leader in Old Reno of the 30's through 60's.
