Synopsis
As I Walked Out One Midsummer Morning is a book by British author Laurie Lee. The book was his sequel to his semi-autobiographical Cider with Rosie, detailing life in mid-20th century Gloucestershire. The author leaves the security of his Cotswold village in Gloucestershire to start a new life, at the same time embarking on an epic journey by foot.
