About This Item
U.S.A.: Henry Holt & Company, 1992. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Near Fine/Fine. From the collection of Dr. Frederic Bruhn-a NEAR- fine copy in an equally fine and unclipped dustjacket. This copy is signed "To "D", by Grafton on the title page and dated "May 1992". In addition, there is a small post it note attached to the title page in Grafton's hand that says "Obviously "D" is for Dad". A clean copy with only some very mild edgewear to the upper outside page edges. Dr. Bruhn practiced in Denver--and frequented Dunning's Old Algonquin bookstore--especially for book signings--and then he would store his books away in boxes for many years. A superb copy.
