Bound in the publisher's original black cloth covered boards, covers and spines stamped in gilt. Dust jacket of volume one split where spine meets the front cover without loss. Dust jackets chipped at the heels and sunned spine, lightly rubbed at the edges and extremities. Frontis in volume one. Matching slipcase rubbed at the extremities.
