Black cloth with blank impressing on boards, gilt print on spines. Each board states "Fowlers & Wells Water Cure Library." Corners and spine ends worn. Rubbing and soiling to boards. Foxing and stains. Vol. II has large tear in front free endpaper, dampstains to rear endpapers and page tops about p. 400 onwards.
