London: Rudolph Ackermann, 1843. First edition. Full Calf. Very Good. Extra illustrated, with four additional hand-colored plates by Alken. 4to. 25.5 by 16.5 cm. ix, [1], 332 pp. With 32 called for plates, which includes maps of hunt countryside, as well as the additional hand-colored ones. Full calf binding by Hatchards, Piccadilly. Condition: spine rubbed in several spots. Narrow chip to spine label, with small loss to letter. Slight dryness to spine leather as well. Elsewhere smooth calf has several abrasions. A touch of light foxing within; predominantly clean.
