New York: Coward, McCann & Geoghegan, (1980)., (1980).. Good. - Thick octavo, dark blue cloth titled in gilt in a price-clipped dust wrapper. The top & bottom edges of the covers are slightly faded. The dust jacket is chipped & lightly soiled with remnants of 3 price-stickers on its front panel, affecting 2 words of the titling. Also with the remnant of a price-sticker on the spine. 558 pages. There is light foxing & minor soiling to the edges of the book. Very good in a good dust wrapper.
First edition.
