First edition in hardcover with original orange/red cloth in VG condition; mylar protected. Minor wear around the board edges and small stain on the top edge. Minimal fading to pages. Prior owner names in pencil on FFEP and inside front board. Otherwise, binding tight without any loose leaves. Map is complete and intact. Relatively scarce in this condition as a first edition.
