Methuen, 1978-01-01. First Edition. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good -. Signed. First printing. Inscribed (to rare book and autograph dealer David Battan) and SIGNED by Muriel Humphrey Brown on the front endpaper. The inscription is undated, but 1981 or later as Muriel Humphrey remarried in 1981. The volume is bumped on the corners and spine ends. The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a sleeve, has considerable edge wear and a small open abrasion in each joint.
