Signed by the author on a blank page inserted before the title page. Uncut pages. Printed at the Toothpaste Press. The author has been awarded a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship, two Pushcart Prizes, the St. Lawrence Award for Fiction, the Fels Award for Fiction, the Sue Kaufman Prize for First Fiction from the American Academy and Institute of Arts and Letters and has been a resident at Yadoo.
