Exlib stamps,serial number, tape remnants on the covers and endpapers,otherwise an internally clean, unmarked copy. Unclipped pictorial jacket has tape ghosts only on the inner flaps, some wear to the edges. A thorough examination of low-cost housing and its problems in postwar America, 1940's. The author's thesis is that healthy and responsible citizenship is dependent on adequate living accomodations for the masses.. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Very good-. Small Quarto.
