Shot on location in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, Florida and New York in the US, and in London and Longborough in England.
White titled wrappers, undated, with credits for screenwriter David Hare and novelist Michael Cunningham. 97 leaves, with last page of text numbered 97. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Near Fine, bound with three gold brads. In a custom red cloth slipcase.
