Final page has "Strangeways Press Ltd., W.C. 2 : 1951". 320 pages + frontispiece + plates. Brown cloth boards with brown cloth spine. Gilt lettering on spine. Gilt "L" and crown on spine and front board. Page dimensions: 214 x 135mm. Series: The Lonsdale Library, Volume XIII. Rear panel of dust-jacket advertises "Steeplechasing" by Lord Willoughby de Broke et al., which was published in 1954, as the latest title in the series "The Lonsdale Library". .
