Signed by Author Signed by Author Fair Plus, no creases in spine, no slant, light edgewear and soiling, tight binding, bottom two inches of book looks like it was dipped in coffee with a brown stain on bottom of fore-edge and dampstain on bottom of pages with waviness, text clean and uunmarked otherwise, inscribed and signed by Lapham on half title page in black ink and dated 4/9/97.
