About This Item

London, UK Methuen & Company, 1958. Hardcover First Ed, so stated. First Ed, so stated. Good+ in Good DJ: Book shows just a hint of wear to the extremities; the boards, however, are considerably 'sprung' due to exposure to heat; a bit of foxing at the top and bottom edges and the end papers. Binding remains quite secure; text clean. DJ shows fairly heavy wear: some loss to chipping and rubbing at extremities and several short, closed tears; rubbing to the panels; the faintest sunning at the back strip, though the titles thereon remain clearly legible; price intact; mylar-protected. Overall, remains a handsome, if flawed, book in a rather tatty DJ. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 12mo. 92pp. Hardback with DJ.
