London: The Scholartis Press, 1928. Hardcover. Good. Black cloth gilt, DW, small 4to., viii, 135, (1) pages. One of 750 numbered copies printed by the Oxford University Press on Mould-made paper. Bookplate at pastedown, some toning to endpapers, worm damage to rear cover, mostly extending along the gutter, with less damage at the front gutter, none penetrating to the inside; with spotting to rear cover and rubbing at upper edges only; all said, a good copy in an edgeworn and soiled but still very good DW in archival mylar.
