Green wrapper with bright pastedown illustration of an Indian in a breechcloth in front of the Hoover Dam. Chips and tears up to one inch on wraps, some soil. Light soil on pages. Profusely illustrated with tinted photographs, maps, and three color plates with purple translucent spiderweb tissue guards, with information on the dam, water in the Southwest, and early Nevada mining history. Art work by Tony Mann, whose marriage ceremony took place in a cable car dangling over the Hoover Dam construction in 1931. Farquhar 105. ; 10 3/4" x 7 3/4"; 88 pp .
