None: Not Stated, c1875. Leather. Good. 11" by 9". None. A lovely bible in a presentation binding. With four colour maps to the front. Presented by Mrs Kinnersly of Clough Hall, 1875. 'To the most high and mighty prince James, by the grace of God, King of Great Britain, France and Ireland, defender of the faith, the translators of the Bible with grace, mercy and peace, through Jesus Christ our lord'. Books of the old and new testament. In a diced calf presentation binding. Externally smart although a trifle rubbed. The front hinge is considerably weak. Internally, firmly bound although missing the first few pages including the title. Bright and clean throughout with just the odd spot. There is a closed tear to the first page. Dusting to the front pastedown. Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
