Light rubbing to boards; a little fading to the front cover design. Interior is clean and unmarked. 144 pages. 11 x 8.3 inches. Photo album of Mussolini's state visit to Germany in September 25-29, 1937, with a brief historical background and day-by-day descriptions of movements and events. Includes the texts of both Hitler and Mussolini's speeches delivered on September 28th at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin. The original photographic study of this historic visit was compiled by Geno Mele, with the aid of Heinrich Hoffmann's staff, at the Instituto Nazionale Luce. In 1938, fifteen copies were bound and presented to Hitler and to Mussolini and his ministers.
