New York: Harper & Row, 1961. Softcover. Good. First edition. Illustrated by Elmo James. Foreword by Roger Butterfield. With contributions by Charles E. Shedd, John A. Hussey, and George C. Mackenzie. Trade paperback. Illustrated in color. A hole torn in the middle of pages 121-22 though the torn section is still partially attached making the few affected words still mostly legible, foxing to the top edge, rubbing and toning to the wrappers, still a good reading copy.
