About This Item
London: Michael Joseph Ltd, 1951. Hardcover. Good/No Dust Jacket. 6 1/4" x 9. GOOD / NO DJ. Former library book. 266 pp including index. Introduction and early parts of book have pencil underlining and similar marks; p. 53 appears to be last place with pencil underlining, rest of book is free of marks. Filled with illustrations, all free of marks. Library treatments on front endpaper, light stain on right edge of front endpaper through half-title page. Book has been rebound in "library binding": light green buckram. Rebind is very sturdy, only lightly shelfworn along bottom edges; front/back covers are somewhat smudged. Overall good.
