Ft. Collins, CO: Old Army Press, 1972. Reprint . Hardcover. Very Good/No Dust Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. SIGNED & inscribed by John M. Carroll, noted cavalry historian, at the end of his introduction. A history of a distinguished regiment of African-American "Buffalo Soldiers". Crisp and clean copy with slight right lean. Blue cloth with bright gilt print on spine and front board's insignia design, buffalo head with horseshoe. Very minor spine end wear and rear board has a fine spot. Very nice copy with signature of now deceased military history expert.
