New York: Augustus K. White, 1830. Leather bound. Fair. Octavo. [2], 456 pages. Two frontispieces: Martin Van Buren and the illustrated half title page. 4 illustrations in text. Brown sheepskin leather binding with gilt decorations and title on spine. Leather is dry and cracked on the spine and rubbed on the covers and along the board edges. Heavy toning to the end sheets. Front hinge is cracked. Moderate to heavy toning, damp-stains and foxing to contents. Previous owner's name stamp on the front end sheets. Fair condition.
