Front hinge cracked. ½" tear at upper front spine end. Page edges with a few mild stains. Spine sun faded. Upper corner of rear endpaper creased. Cliff Houses, Rio Mancos plate (pg. 40) detached from text block with edge wear. Text block is still rather tight. A few smudges in margins of first few pages and a hint of foxing. Majority of interior pages crisp and clean.. Full-Leather. Good-. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Minor Ex-Library.
