Fronispiece engraving of Mohammad. xxviii+ 512 pp. with index. "The Fourth Edition, revised, improved, and enlarged". Spine rubbed and chipped , spine label half chipped away and wear about al edges of the boards. Interior is tight and clean. Pretty much a "filler" working copy for you Saracen collectors and historians.

Synopsis

The History of the Saracen Empires is a book written by Simon Ockley of Cambridge University and first published in the early 18th century. The book has been reprinted many times including at London in 1894. It was published in two volumes that appeared a decade apart.
