Frontispiece, xliv, 154, (12) pages, 25 sepia plates, plus 4 leaf facsimile. First, and only, edition. Limited to 650 copies. Fiftieth anniversary history of the Manhattan Club--early political club in N York. Among it distinguished members were Grover Cleveland and Woodrow Wilso "Printed on Fabriano hand-made paper." Copy number one hundred and ninety-eight, printed for Henry DeWitt Hamilton. Head of spine and top edge front board waterstained. Minor wear to hinges. Back leaf has early newspap article on club pasted in dated "April 2, 1916." Internally very good.
