Very Good Minus. 8vo. 22.5 by 14.5 cm. xiii, 473, [4], 490, viii, 413, vii, 489 pp. Two fold-out maps, one in vol. 1, other, vol. 2. Attractive bookplate of Amy Bend Bishop, with illustration of balloon, air plane, etc. Condition: several joints repaired, and in two instances, fabric used to reattach boards is visible. One board with small lifted piece of calf pasted back down. Several other minor blemishes. Calf otherwise generally healthy. Mostly clean within.
