Potentially a 1st edition, but no edition details are recorded, and the only given date is that of the dedication note. Published by Ward, Lock & Co., Limited. In fine condition. The hardcover is slightly worn around the edges, particularly the top and bottom of the spine. Pages 357-364 have come loose, but are tucked into their rightful place in the book. The top edge of the inside pages has been painted gold. A large sticker has been partially torn off the inside of the front hardcover panel. Some foxing and tanning visible on the inside pages.
