Cincinnati, 1832. Two volumes bound in one. 464; 276pp. Large, thick octavo. Contemporary mottled calf, spine gilt, leather label. Foxing, contemporary ink inscription on endpaper, else a very nice copy. Second edition of A CONDENSED GEOGRAPHY..., enlarged, first published in 1828. Flint, the well known Cincinnati author and editor, travelled extensively in the Midwest and was well qualified to write this account of the region, the first work of its kind, with much original material.
